Year 2024
An Phat Holdings, through its subsidiary company – PBAT An Phat JSC, has collaborated with SKC, a member of SK Group (South Korea), to build a plant producing biodegradable materials in Hai Phong.
Year 2020
On 28th July 2020, An Phat Holdings shares (Ticker symbol: APH) to be officially listed on HCMC Stock Exchange (HoSE).
Year 2019
After changing its name twice (AnPhat Plastics & Packing Joint Stock Company and An Phat Plastics & Green Environment Joint Stock Company), Anh Hai Duy has the latest name as An Phat Bioplastics Joint Stock Company.

- Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company has officially become a member of An Phat Holdings.
- An Phat Holdings is the leading high-tech, environmentally friendly plastic Corporation in Southeast Asia.
Year 2017
An Phat Holdings become the No.1 high-tech plastic enterprise in Vietnam. Also, at this year, An Phat Holdings transformed into the holding company model, establishing more members
Year 2013
The production scale of An Phat Holdings achieved outstanding milestone with total production capacity of 57,000 tons/year.
Year 2009
Established An Tien Industries Joint Stock Company (formerly known as An Phat- Yen Bai Plastic & Mineral Joint Stock Company).
Year 2005
The first packaging plant of Group went on production with capacity of 13,200 tons/year at Nam Sach IZ, Hai Duong.
Year 2002
The former of An Phat Holdings, Anh Hai Duy was established.
