INDUSTRIAL REAL ESTATE 

Since 2018, An Phat Holdings has expanded its Industrial real estate business. At present, An Phat Holdings have two projects that are being implemented: An Phat Complex and An Phat 1 Industrial Park.

With the strategic orientation and goals, An Phat Holdings will plan An Phat Complex, An Phat 1 Industrial Park into a complex of high-tech industrial park, fully develop accompanying services such as consulting, providing a range of solutions for enterprises about finance, human resources, support for supporting industries, administrative procedures, business registration, customs and logistics services, building a closed cycle and ecosystem right in this area, promising to be the destination for domestic and foreign investors.

An Phat High-tech Industrial Park (An Phat Complex) has been invested and renovated on an area of 46ha at Km47, Highway 5, Hai Duong City. An Phat Complex has become the choice of many foreign investors to build their first factories in Vietnam and South East Asia, in the right sense of a healthy land for business development. Currently, An Phat Holdings has the following member companies at APC: An Trung Industries – producing technical plastic, An Cuong – producing interior plastic, An Vinh – producing industrial packaging, VMC – Precision engineering & molding.

As the next project of An Phat Holdings, An Phat 1 Industrial Park covers an area of 180 hectares (phase I) in Quoc Tuan, An Binh and An Lam communes (Nam Sach, Hai Duong Province) and is expected to following the success of An Phat Complex Industrial Park.

The next orientation of An Phat Holdings is expanding the industrial real estate business.
