An Phat Holdings has recently issued regulations on goods procurement and contractor selection processes. According to the new procedures, all bidding packages will have their information fully posted on the Group’s bidding and tender invitation system, the Group’s website at https://anphatholdings.vn/moi-thau/, reports, or other online bidding platforms.
The APH bidding system supports a variety of procurement methods in compliance with the Law on Bidding and general procurement practices among enterprises. Businesses that meet the legal requirements under the Law on Bidding and wish to participate in tenders can register for an account on the system.

Starting from January 1, 2025, the bidding system of An Phat Holdings will officially operate at: https://anphatholdings.vn/moi-thau/. Additionally, as of January 1, 2025, An Phat Holdings will discontinue all tender invitation activities using the old method.
