The 50th anniversary of establishment of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company: Proceed from the past – Stay firm to advance

On January 25th, 2022, in Hanoi, Hanoi Plastics., JSC (HPC) celebrated its 50th establishment’s anniversary.

In the ceremony, the company was honored to welcome the Chairman of APH, Mr. Dinh Xuan Cuong – Vice Chairman, CEO of the An Phat Holdings and the Board of Directors.

On the side of Hanoi Plastics JSC., there were the attendance of Mr. Bui Minh Hai – President, the Board of Directors, and employees of the company.

In 1972, HPC was founded in the context of Vietnam’s economy still facing many difficulties. Starting from the production and trading of essential household goods, the company has gradually expanded its field to continuously improve its products and services. Over the past 50 years, HPC has changed both its name and operating model numerous times to adapt to any transformations over time. Now, Hanoi Plastics., JSC is currently a key subsidiary of An Phat Holdings with 4 member companies including Export Import Development Investment Limited Company (VIEXIM), An Trung Industries Company Limited (An Trung Industries), Vietnam Pattern Manufacture and Precision Mechanical Company Limited (VMC) and An Cuong High-tech Building Materials Joint Stock Company.

Hanoi Plastics JSC have been recognized by customers as one of the leading plastic manufacturing companies with large supply capacity in Vietnam and the technology leader in manufacturing high-quality industrial engineering plastic products in the North. Being a supplier to the global giant enterprises such as Honda, Toyota, Samsung, Panasonic, etc. has affirmed the company’s capacity, prestige, position, and brand in the domestic and international markets.

At this ceremony, Mr. Bui Minh Hai – President of Hanoi Plastics JSC had expressed his profound gratitude to many generations of employees and leaders of the Company for their important contributions, especially the Board of Directors of An Phat Holdings for the right orientation so that the company can develop dramatically as of today.

Attending the ceremony, the Chairman of An Phat Holdings gave a speech to encourage the employees of Hanoi Plastics JSC, as well as pointing out new development directions for the company to face fierce competitions.

To be successful as today, it is the great contribution of company’s senior employees. On behalf of the Group, the Board of Directors awarded the An Phat Holdings’ gold medals to Mr Bui Thanh Nam – General Director of Hanoi Plastics Joint Stock Company; Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Hien – Deputy General Director and Ms. Do Thi Huong Giang – CFO and Chief Accountant.

Mr. Bui Thanh Nam – General Director of Hanoi Plastics. JSC, who has been with the company for 36 years, had emotional shared about the company development and growth journey from the days when the mold was still being cast by hands to using modern CNC machines like today.

50 years is a long journey with many ups and downs, to achieve the results of today, it is not only the close direction of the Board of Directors but also the effort of thousands of employees of HPC. To write the new glorious pages in our history, as well as to adapt to the market and strict requirements of customers, the next generation of HPC will have to try our best. Even when the road is hard, together we will succeed!
