On March 25th, in Hai Duong province, the International Organisation of La Francophonie (OIF), The Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and enterprises from Francophone community have visited An Phat Holdings at An Phat Bioplastics JSC. and An Phat Complex JSC.
Attending this meeting, on the side of OIF Delegation, Ms. Pieters Julie – Representative of Francophonie International Organization with representatives from VCCI and international businesses. On the side of APH, Mr. Pham Van Tuan – Deputy CEO of An Phat Holdings with the Group’s Managers.
Mr. Pham Van Tuan presented the strengths and achievement of APH and its 16 subsidiaries during 20 year of experience, especially in the field of packaging, bioplastic materials and products, industrial park real estate, precision mechanics and molds, etc. Currently, An Phat Holdings’ products are on display in over 70 countries around the world, including the most demanding markets Europe, Japan, and the US.
Furthermore, Mr. Tuan shared about the main goal of being independence on the raw materials supply, the Group has officially organized Ground-Breaking Ceremony for the largest green materials factory in Southeast Asia – PBAT Compostable Resin Plant which is expected to be put into operation in 2024.
“Through investment and trade promotion activities, we expect that the green products of APH will come closer to global customers as well as international business on the world. In addition, the Group are also researching a plan to build the factory abroad based on the needs of the market, starting from the US market.” Mr. Tuan emphasized.
In terms of industrial real estate sector, An Phat Holdings constantly supported the business in developing infrastructure, logistics, customs, import and export activities. At the same time, the company provides additional services such as one-stop-service, industrial security and safety service, industrial catering services, housing construction for workers, supporting investors to quickly complete administrative procedures, etc.
Within the meeting’s framework, the representatives and APH’s BODs effectively discussed regarding the biodegradable products and trade promotion activities which should be focused on the potential market like Africa.
The representative of OIF said: “the State and Government of Africa always create a healthy and positive environment for enterprises to strongly invest to industrial real estate sector. However, the African businesses do not have much experience in operation and management skills. Through this meeting, we hope that An Phat Holdings will consider the investment’s opportunities or a beneficial partnership with us in this sector.”
At the end of the visit, the OIF Delegation affirmed that this was a great chance for enterprises to seek cooperation opportunities and attract investment in Hai Duong province as well as the African market, at the same time, to promote the distribution of green products to citizens around the world with the purpose of environmental protection, gradually eliminating traditional plastic products completely.
